Delete your Ghostly account

You can delete your Ghostly account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app

Open Ghostly, tap the gear icon, then Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account (your Apple or Google sign-in email), or include your account details so we can verify the request. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in links (Apple, Google or email) and email address
• The list of accounts you track and your notification settings
• Your registered devices and notification history
• Any review you submitted in the app

What is kept

• Purchase records held by Apple or Google for your subscription. We do not control these; they follow Apple's and Google's own policies.
• Technical logs and backups, which roll over within 30 days.
• Public information about a tracked account that other users also track. Data about accounts nobody tracks any longer is deleted automatically within 30 days.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first: iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ghostly. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
